E-mail a Patient by using Mercy Mail

Do you have a friend or loved one who is on an inpatient unit at Mercy Medical Center? Let them know you are thinking about them by sending a patient e-mail. Use the form below to send a message of support! These messages are placed in a confidential envelope and are hand-delivered (Monday through Friday, during normal business hours) to patients by our Volunteer Services office.

In order for your message to be delivered, the person you are e-mailing must be a current inpatient at Mercy Medical Center. Please note if the patient has specified they do not want to receive mail or messages, your e-mail message will not be delivered. For the patient’s privacy, please do not include any confidential information in your message. Please refrain from sending pictures and other attachments.
