413-748-7187

The Mercy Continuing Care Network includes three skilled nursing facilities, two residential facilities and one adult day health program. Our programs provide quality care that is delivered by trained professionals who are experienced caregivers. In order to provide our clients with the very best medical care, we offer continuing education programs to keep our employees up-to-date on the very latest medical treatment.

Nursing Care Facilities

In addition to offering specialized nursing care, each facility within our network provides an array of social and cultural events to keep our residents mentally alert and physically active. Our homes and services cover a wide geographic area with locations in Springfield, Westfield, Turners Falls, Lenox and Holyoke.

Each nursing care facility is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which means that they have met the stringent requirements needed in order to receive this acknowledgement. Tours are available to anyone who would like to learn more about our services and programs.
