A Personal Approach to Care

Beaven Kelly Home residents can continue to fully participate in life and share their experiences in an environment where their dignity and unique personalities are respected and celebrated.

Our Home

Our four-story home is located on spacious grounds in the Ingleside section of Holyoke with an expansive view of the Connecticut River. The gardens, goldfish pond and gazebos are favorite places for residents to enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, many large windows and open spaces create a cheery, inviting environment. Community rooms, a large dining room and serene chapel offer spaces for socialization and reflection. Private rooms have cable television available. Residents may decorate with personal items and furniture, or use furnishings provided by us.

Our Staff

Our staff has been carefully selected for their professional skill and warm, caring personalities. It’s like having a friend nearby who is dedicated to making life easier for you.

We offer:

  • 24-hour-a-day medication administration
  • Assistance with personal care, such as bathing, grooming and dressing
  • Housekeeping and laundry
  • Nutrition services
  • Spiritual care
  • Social services
  • Behavioral health services
  • Assistance with medical appointments

Our staff also provides support for family members, helping ease the adjustment to changes in the resident’s living situation.

Staying Active

A wide range of social and recreational activities provide stimulation, relaxation and essential opportunities for self-expression, which include discussion groups, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities like gardening and bird watching.

Residents generally enjoy the freedom to come and go as they please, enabling them to continue their involvement in the community. In addition, Beaven Kelly Home offers frequent outings to stores, libraries, museums, restaurants, concerts, sporting events and our intergenerational program brings residents together with local school children.

Beaven Kelly Home also offers a monthly Resident Information meeting. All residents are encouraged to participate and make suggestions for future educational topics.

Respite Care

Beaven Kelly Home offers respite care or temporary custodial care for those caring for an older relative or friend. During a temporary stay of one month or less, your loved one can take advantage of the full range of services and activities enjoyed by our residents.

We invite you to visit, meet our staff, learn more about our services and take a personal tour. Our experienced staff can assist you in the application process and answer any questions you may have.

Beaven Kelly Home accepts private payment, insurance and funding through Medicaid and welcomes residents of all religious affiliations.
