Rehabilitation and Restorative Services
Restoring independence is a primary goal of Providence Care Center of Lenox. Helping residents lead fuller, more active lives, often returning to their own homes, is how we measure success.
At Providence Care Center of Lenox, we have helped thousands through the recovery process following hip or joint replacement, stroke, cardiac surgery or other operations, helping them to regain strength and restore mobility or other functions that can lead to fuller, more active lives.
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are introduced to meet the precise requirements of each situation. Our objective is to help residents gain functional independence through participation in individually designed exercises and therapeutic activities related to daily living. A fully equipped gymnasium and a handicapped-accessible kitchen are among the facilities utilized to assist in rehabilitation.
