 The Gift Shop is located within the retail pharmacy (across from Cafe' 299) in the main lobby of Mercy Medical Center. The shop carries a variety of items, all at affordable prices.

| To order flowers or gifts for a patient call 413-748-9071. In order to ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner, please give the gift shop salesperson the patient’s name and their room number. Flowers can also be delivered to the patients’ home.
The Gazebo Gift Shop accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover.
Hours
Shop hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The shop is managed by Sharon Jones and supported by volunteers.
