Through Providence Behavioral Health Hospital's outpatient services, free HIV counseling, support and testing, with complete confidentiality and anonymity are available. Pre- and post-test counseling is geared to suit individual needs. Bilingual/bicultural services are available. Emphasis is placed on HIV/AIDS education.
