When others can’t be with you, Lifeline is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Lifeline offers peace of mind, independence, early intervention and reassurance.

Who is Lifeline? North America’s leading personal response service for over 20 years. Their goal is to give people the confidence to continue to live independently in their own home. Help is only a push button away.

To call for help, simply press the Personal Help Button worn as a pendant or on a wristband. The Personal Help Button activates a small in-home communicator that automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center. Within seconds, the call will be answered by a trained operator. The call might be a minor problem that only requires a neighbor to stop by or you may need an ambulance.

How much does the Personal Response Service cost? There is NO Contract or Activation Fee. The monthly fee for Basic Liflie is $29.95. And, the monthly fee is the same, no matter how often you call, or how long you talk.

Is it complicated to use? It’s simpler than using a telephone. All you have to do is press the Personal Help Button. The communicator dials the Lifeline Response Center. Within seconds you’re talking with a trained professional who immediately has all of your important information displayed on a computer screen.

Is there a lot of equipment involved? There are just two pieces of equipment: your Personal Help Button worn as a pendant or on a wristband, and the communicator.

Do I have to be in the same room as the communicator for it to work? You can be in another room, on a different floor, or even outside in your yard—your signal will still be received. The Personal Help Button is completely waterproof so you should wear it in the shower or bath where many falls occur.

Lifeline with AutoAlert

Another option offered by Lifeline is called Lifeline with AutoAlert, the FIRST medical alert pendant that can call for help even when you can't. The enhanced option includes a pendant style Help Butoon that can automatically place the call for help if it detects a fall and you are unable to push your button.

How much does Lifeline with AutoAlert cost? There is no contract or installation fee. The monthly fee is $41.95 for Lifeline with AutoAlert.
