Mary's Meadow is a ministry of the Sisters of Providence Congregation, Managed by the Mercy Continuing Care Network.
Mary's Meadow is the first "small house concept" to open in this area. The small house concept is based on an integrated social/medical approach to long-term care. Mary's Meadow is a skilled nursing facility that provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a home environment.
